How do I put it on my dog?
It's easy to use. When your dog is calm and relaxed, introduce him to the ThunderShirt®. To help you associate it with positive things, you can reward him with a treat at the same time. Initially, leave your dog wearing the ThunderShirt® for only 5-10 minutes to see how he reacts.

Put the vest on your dog as explained below.
(1) - Place the ThunderShirt® on your dog's back and fasten the tabs around the neck without tightening them too much. The neck area is one of the areas that has specific points that can help reduce anxiety. You should be able to easily fit two fingers between the tabs and your dog's body.
(2) - Wrap the torso with the side flaps of the ThunderShirt®, making the flaps cross under the chest and belly. The sternum and abdomen also contain some of these important points, hence the importance of wrapping this area and creating pressure.
(3) - Adjust the top tab by pulling down to fit snugly and make the dog comfortable.
