We deliver to Portugal (mainland and islands) and Spain. Here we explain shipping costs and times, and the payment methods available.

1. Shipping costs

Portugal: free shipping on orders of €40 or more. Below that, shipping costs €[●], calculated and shown at checkout.
Spain: free shipping on orders of €40 or more. Below that, shipping costs €[●], calculated and shown at checkout.
The final cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

The estimated time is shown on each product and at checkout, and depends on the warehouse preparing your order (generally 1 to 6 working days).
Orders confirmed by 11:00 (Portugal time) on a working day may be dispatched that day; others go out the next working day. Weekends and holidays do not count.
Orders with products from different warehouses may arrive in separate shipments.
For islands and hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer.
Times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control (carrier, weather, strikes, busy periods).

Give a complete, correct address and a phone number the carrier can use. Re-delivery costs caused by a wrong address or failed delivery may be charged.
Track your order with the tracking link we e-mail you.
Check your order on delivery. If the packaging or products are damaged, refuse the delivery, take photographs and contact us within 48 hours, as set out in section 6.1 of the Terms of Service.

Portugal: Shopify Payments (card), MB Way and Multibanco.
Spain: Shopify Payments (card) and PayPal.
Available methods may vary by delivery country and are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by the respective providers. We do not store your full card details.
Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

Prices include VAT at the rate applicable in the country of delivery. In the event of a pricing error, section 4.1 of the Terms of Service applies.
