- What are the shipping regions?
We ship to all of mainland Portugal. For the Azores and Madeira islands, costs may vary.

- How much is the shipping cost?
For all orders under €40, the shipping cost is €4.99. Orders with a value equal to or greater than €40 benefit from free shipping.

- How long does it take for orders to arrive at my home?
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Once processed, deliveries are made within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

- Can I return any product?
The customer must send the product to the address indicated by our customer support. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defect or error in the order. Upon receipt of the product, an inspection will be carried out to verify compliance with the return conditions.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt of the product.

- What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal (you don't need to have a PayPal account) - this option allows you to pay with a credit card, MBNet or with your PayPal account. A €1 fee applies.
