Frequently Asked Questions

• What are the shipping regions?
  We ship to all of mainland Portugal. For the Azores and Madeira islands, shipping costs may vary.

 

• How much is the shipping cost?
  For all orders under €40, the shipping cost is at most €4.99. Orders of €40 or more qualify for free shipping.

 

• How long does it take for the order to arrive at my house?
  Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. After processing, deliveries are made within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
  

 

• Can I return a product?
  The customer must send the product to the address provided by our customer support. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defects or order errors. Upon receipt of the product, an inspection will be carried out to verify compliance with the return conditions.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after we receive the product.
