Urinary S/O Feline allows effective dissolution of struvite stones.

Urinary dilution reduces the concentration of struvite and calcium oxalate. The increase in urine volume also promotes regular bladder emptying.

Urinary undersaturation helps prevent crystal proliferation, creating unfavorable conditions for the development of struvite and calcium oxalate crystals.

The mucosa of a healthy bladder naturally contains glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), but in the case of idiopathic cystitis, their number decreases, which increases the organ's permeability to bacteria, toxins and ions, causing bladder inflammation and the stimulation of pain-sensitive receptors.

Royal Canin Urinary S/O LP 34 is indicated for: dissolving struvite stones, preventing recurrences of struvite and calcium oxalate urolithiasis.

Contraindications: pregnancy, lactation, growth, chronic renal failure, heart disease, hypertension, treatment with urine acidifiers.

Administration period: 5 to 12 weeks of nutritional therapy are required to dissolve struvite stones. To prevent recurrence, nutritional treatment should continue for at least 6 more months, followed by a urine analysis.

After the cure, you can continue to administer Urinary S/O food or choose one of the following diets: Young Male, Skin Young Male, Young Female, Skin Young Female, Mature or Senior.

Rice, wheat gluten, dehydrated poultry meat, corn flour, animal fat, corn gluten, animal protein hydrolysate, minerals, vegetable fibres, beet pulp, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), fish oil, soybean oil, dehydrated egg, DL-methionine, crustacean hydrolysate (source of glucosamine), taurine, Tagete flower extract (source of lutein).
