Mode of action:

The low concentration of proteins, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium contained in Farmina Vet Life Feline Struvite creates an unfavorable situation for the aggregation and precipitation of crystals.

The additional DL-methionine creates and maintains an acidic pH that aids in dissolution and inhibits the formation of struvite crystals. It also creates an environment that is unfavorable to bacterial growth.

How to use:

It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use or prolongation. Serve the product respecting the daily dose indicated in the table.

Recommended period of use: 5 to 12 weeks for the dissolution of struvite stones. Farmina Vet Life Feline Struvite is a complete dietetic food for cats formulated for the dissolution of struvite stones. Corn gluten, rice, dehydrated chicken meat, oats, animal fat, hydrolyzed animal proteins, dehydrated whole eggs, fish oil, dehydrated fish, potassium chloride, vegetable oil, calcium sulfate dihydrate, calcium carbonate, inulin, fructooligosaccharides, mannanoligosaccharides, sodium chloride, marigold extract (source of lutein). Protein sources: corn gluten, dehydrated chicken meat, hydrolyzed fish and proteins from chicken, eggs and fish. Urine acidifier: DL-methionine (7g/kg), calcium sulfate dihydrate (5g/kg).
