Hydrolyzed salmon protein with a molecular weight <10,000 Daltons is highly digestible and low in allergenicity. Particularly high levels of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from fish oil and the omega-6 fatty acid GLA from borage oil. These fatty acids affect the immune response by altering the production of eicosanoids and promote healthy skin and coat in dogs with atopy. The skin has an active metabolism and a high need for specific nutrients. Increased levels of vitamins A, E and B complex, zinc and selenium contribute to healthy skin and coat. High-quality and easily digestible ingredients make this diet particularly suitable for patients with small intestinal diarrhoea. This is a complete and balanced diet with the recommended nutrient levels to meet the needs of adult or growing dogs. It is therefore also a suitable diet for puppies.

Allergy Management Plus is indicated for allergic dermatitis caused by atopy, food allergy, flea bite allergy or any combination of these allergies, gastrointestinal disorders caused by food allergy or intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea, vomiting and flatulence caused by malabsorption and poor digestion, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency or acute gastroenteritis, other dermatoses responsive to specific nutrients and fatty acids and other inflammatory conditions such as colitis, asthma or arthritis, responsive to fatty acids. Not recommended for dogs with immunodeficiency and dogs with coagulation disorders.
