This diet is especially suitable for small breed puppies. The SPECIFIC® CPD-S Puppy Small Breed diet is recommended from weaning (5-6 weeks) until puppies reach 80% of their adult weight. From this point onwards, the puppy can gradually be introduced to the CXD-S Adult Small Breed/CXW Adult All Breeds diet.
During pregnancy and lactation, bitches' energy and nutrient requirements increase, which is why CPD-S Puppy Small Breed is a suitable diet for pregnant and lactating bitches of all breeds.
