Dr. Clauder's Kitten Milk | Powdered Milk for Cats | 300 g

It replaces breast milk, providing energy to the mother who feeds her young and strengthening elderly or weak animals. The replacement milk is formulated according to the milk of cats. How to use:

Mixing ratio - 1 part formula to 3 parts warm water (28 - 30º C). Mix well with a whisk.

It can be given as a milk substitute - for orphaned kittens -, to supplement breast milk, as a protein supplement for the mother (up to 10 times her protein requirement during lactation) and to strengthen elderly or weak animals (in this case, the proportion of the mixture must be adjusted to the needs of the cats. In the case of very weak animals, initially reduce the concentration).

Doses:

- Birth to 2 weeks of age: 1-2 spoons of prepared milk every 2 hours / 10 times in 24 hours.

- Up to the 3rd/4th week: 3 - 5 spoons of prepared milk every 2 hours/8 times in 24 hours.

- From the 4th week: administer prepared milk until the animal is satisfied, gradually introduce solid food.

1 Spoon = Approx. 15 ml - These recommendations are based on empirical values ​​that can be adapted according to the size and development of the animal. In older kittens, the prepared milk solution can be thickened with cooked natural semolina (instant products containing milk should not be used). The recommended dose can be increased until the animal is satisfied.
