Advance Veterinary Diets Diabetes is a complete dietetic food for adult dogs, formulated to control glucose supply (diabetes mellitus) and compensate for maldigestion. It provides a low level of rapidly released glucose carbohydrates, highly digestible ingredients and a low fat content. The high content of soluble fibre facilitates intestinal transit and promotes a healthy intestinal microbiota. In addition, the low-calorie formula helps to control weight and has an intense flavour, which facilitates daily feeding in dogs with diabetes or colitis. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before starting feeding with a veterinary diet.
