Low urinary relative supersaturation (RSS) values ​​for struvite and calcium oxalate to promote low metastable subsaturation and saturation. This helps to minimize the risk of new struvite and calcium oxalate urinary stones, respectively. The diet has a reduced content of magnesium and phosphorus (components of struvite crystals) to reduce the recurrence of struvite crystals and uroliths. A urinary pH below 6.4 dissolves existing struvite crystals and minimizes the risk of new struvite crystals precipitating. High quality, highly digestible ingredients ensure maximum nutrient absorption while reducing faecal volume. EPA and DHA are both omega-3 fatty acids that support healthy joints, skin and coat.

Specific Crystal Prevention Wet is indicated for a reduction in the recurrence of struvite uroliths, reduction in the formation of new struvite and calcium oxalate crystals, reduction in the incidence of lower urinary tract disease (including idiopathic cystitis and urethral plugs), daily diet for adult cats up to 8 years of age and idiopathic cystitis. Not recommended for simultaneous administration of urinary acidifiers, kittens under 6 months and pregnant or lactating cats, metabolic and renal acidosis.
