Very small and small dogs have a number of peculiarities that we help to cover thanks to our scientifically formulated foods. With this in mind, we launched Mini Relax Care, Royal Canin's latest innovation, specifically formulated to help small dogs adapt to more intense or changing situations that can make them feel more anxious.
The X-Small (1 to 5 kg) and Mini (5 to 10 kg) breeds make up a large percentage of the registered dog population in Portugal, especially in urban areas, areas that can subject our pets to various situations of nervousness. To mitigate their effects, this new range contains a specific nutritional formula that is not only designed to promote your dog's general health, but also to help them in situations of change, as it includes a naturally active protein molecule that, according to scientific studies, has a calming effect.
Mini Relax Care has demonstrated its effectiveness with a 44% improvement in the process of adapting to changes in the case of mini breed dogs that included it as their daily food, making them behave normally. This was demonstrated in a six-week study carried out in France and the United States, which included 174 young adult dogs that lived in large cities and accompanied their owners on most of their activities.
Available in 3 kg packages, Mini Relax Care's crunchy kibbles, in addition to being designed to adapt to the teeth of X-Small and Mini dogs, are complete and healthy nutrition, with 100% high-quality proteins, fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals that they need for their well-being throughout their lives.
